St. John's Girls Dining on the Beach

Wow, don't we look glamourous. This was taken during our private St. John's Reunion dinner on the beach on our last night at the El Dorado Royale resort south of Cancun on the Mayan Riviera (April 2006). Pictured from left to right are: Frances Yankie, Maria Host Steen, me (Beth Geesey Holmes), Tomi Griffin, Marianne Ludka Hulsey, Jennifer Devlin. As you can see it was windy out there, and we had a bit of wine to drink! It was really just a grown up version of an 8th grade party. We used to have dances on Friday evenings every other month in the cafeteria which we decorated and found a way to dim the lighting in. Grown up is better since we could serve wine and we are over that 13 year old angst (well mostly anyway)!
